Continuity Container

A dedicated space to explore, receive and unfold over time

There is something meaningful about making time for yourself. About choosing to prioritise your own experience, to receive support, explore what is unfolding within you and give yourself the attention that everyday life doesn't always allow.

Whether you're wanting to deepen your relationship with yourself, feel more connected to your body, or discover something new, there is value in having space to explore these things over time.

For some, this desire arises during periods of change, uncertainty or transition. Moments when something is ending, beginning or asking to be seen differently. These changes might be chosen or arrive unexpectedly. Sometimes we know something needs to change long before we understand what that change might look like. They might involve relationships, identity, grief, parenthood, sexuality, ageing, spirituality, work or a deeper questioning of how we want to live.

For others, it comes from a quieter sense that there is more to experience or cultivate within themselves. It may simply be a desire to devote more time and attention to yourself, to allow yourself to receive and be supported, and to have someone alongside you as you do.

The Continuity Container offers a dedicated and ongoing space for this exploration.

Combining individualised bodywork, reflective integration and personal accompaniment between sessions, these journeys create continuity over three or six months. Rather than approaching each session as an isolated experience, we develop an understanding of your process over time. There is room to build on what has come before, explore what is emerging through the body, reflect on your experiences and consider what might support you as things unfold.

The container is collaborative and responsive to you. Each journey is shaped through attentive presence, deep listening and an ongoing dialogue between us. There is room for your own experiences, sensations, needs and curiosities to guide what unfolds, while drawing on the skills, guidance and care I bring to the sessions. Together, we make room for what matters to you, allowing the experience to take shape in its own way.

Priority Access to Bookings

One of the benefits of a Continuity Container is having priority access to my bodywork appointments throughout your journey.

You'll be able to view and book available appointments before they are released to the general public, giving you the opportunity to plan your sessions ahead of time and secure appointments that suit your schedule.

Two ways to journey together

The Continuity Containers are offered over two different timeframes, each providing a distinct rhythm for bodywork, integration and ongoing accompaniment. Whether you are drawn to a more immersive period of exploration or a more spacious journey over time, both containers offer the opportunity to develop continuity in the work, build on each experience and give attention to what is unfolding.

3-month container

A more immersive experience

Month 1

  • Initial intake form

  • 15-minute opening conversation at the beginning of your first appointment.

  • First bodywork session — 2 hours 15mins

Month 2

  • Bodywork session — 2 hours

Month 3

  • Final bodywork session — 2 hours, including time for closing reflection.

One form of in-between session support following each bodywork session.

The three-month journey offers a dedicated period of time to give yourself attention, receive regular bodywork and explore what may be unfolding for you. With three extended sessions across the journey, there is space to establish a connection, build on previous experiences and allow each session to inform what follows. It offers a meaningful opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself and experience the value of ongoing accompaniment, within a shorter period of time.

6-month container

A more spacious experience

Month 1

  • Initial intake form

  • 15-minute opening conversation at the beginning of your first appointment.

  • First bodywork session — 2 hours 15min

Month 2, 4 & 5

  • Bodywork session — 90mins

Month 3

  • Bodywork session — 2.5 hours

Month 6

  • Final bodywork session — 2.5 hours, including time for closing reflection.

One form of in-between session support following each bodywork session.

The six-month journey follows a rhythm of longer and shorter bodywork sessions. The extended sessions offer space for deeper exploration, while the shorter appointments provide opportunities to settle, integrate and maintain continuity through regular touch and connection. Each session remains responsive to you and what is present, allowing the experience to evolve naturally throughout our time together.

What does the in-between session support look like?

The time between sessions is also part of the journey. It offers space to reflect on your experiences, share what may be unfolding and stay connected to the experience as it continues to settle into everyday life.

Following each bodywork session, you can choose one of the following forms of integration support, depending on what feels most supportive at the time. You can choose a different option after each session.

  • One email exchange
A space to share a brief reflection, question or experience as something arises between sessions. I can respond by acknowledging and simply witnessing what you've shared, or offering guidance to help you explore or make sense of what is unfolding.

  • One individualised integration practice
Gentle suggestions or practices to support you in continuing to explore or integrate aspects of the session. These might include a self-touch or body-connection practice, grounding exercises, breathwork, journalling or other simple ways of bringing attention to your specific experience and needs. Suggestions are offered in response to what has emerged for you and can be adapted to suit your preferences.

  • One personal gesture or ritual
Sometimes you may prefer a quieter form of support that doesn't require you to share or respond. This might be a personal message I send you acknowledging something that emerged during the session, or offering a simple candle or blessing ritual held with an intention for your journey.

A note about support

This is an ongoing space for communication and reflection throughout your container. You're welcome to get in touch between sessions, with responses generally provided within three days. Support is intended for contained reflections and questions connected to our work together, rather than extended conversations or crisis support.

The bodywork experience

The bodywork within each container is individualised and responsive to you. Rather than working within one particular modality, sessions draw on a range of approaches depending on your needs, intentions and what is emerging through the session.

This may include tantric bodywork, nervous system-focused bodywork, buccal (intra-oral) massage, clothed bodywork or a combination of these. A session might incorporate focused work with the face and jaw alongside broader bodywork, or move between different forms of touch and attention as the experience unfolds. Some sessions may invite deeper exploration, while others may be more focused on settling, receiving and integration.

The intention is to create an experience that feels attuned to you, allowing the bodywork to evolve throughout your journey rather than requiring you to choose a particular modality each time.

Clothed bodywork can offer a nurturing and soothing complement to some of the deeper styles. This may include gentle hair combing, scalp massage, soft touch and caresses across the face and body, brief moments of eye gazing, resting while being held or holding your hand. You might lie against my chest and have space to tune into the rhythm of my heartbeat, rest quietly in silence or share what you are noticing in your body. It can also involve gentle compressions, swaying, rocking and vibration, creating soft waves of movement through the length of the body.

Our final bodywork session offers an opportunity to reflect on the journey as a whole, while allowing space for whatever may still be unfolding. The intention isn't to bring everything to a neat conclusion, but to give the journey a considered ending and acknowledge what has shifted and consider what you would like to carry forward.

What might you experience?

✦ A dedicated space to give yourself time, attention and care over an extended period.

✦ Greater awareness of your body, its sensations, needs and responses.

✦ Opportunities to explore new aspects of yourself, deepen existing connections and discover what feels meaningful to you.

✦ Individualised bodywork that supports relaxation, connection, receptivity and embodied exploration.

✦ Space to reflect on your experiences and notice what may be shifting or emerging as your journey unfolds.

✦ The experience of being accompanied and supported, with continuity between sessions and someone holding the thread of your journey.

✦ A deeper appreciation of the relationship between giving and receiving, and the value of making room for yourself.
